What do you see? I see a plants and flower up close and on focus. Chealsie, the background, on the other hand, is blurred and darkened. The work is figurative because you can tell the objects on the picture, i.e. the plants, a girl, etc.

How is the work organized? The shapes in this picture are plant shapes and textures. The image in focus has a medium tone, but the model in the background is dark. The tone of the image is done accidentally, but the focusing is done intentionally. I purposely focused on the flower with a model in the background.

What is the artist trying to communicate? The image was taken outdoor, and it came out dark because the day the photo was taken was a cloudy day. The object on focus turned out nicely, like I intended it to, and the background either light or dark because it is not the central theme/focus of the photograph.

What do you think of the work? I think the image resulted very nice and successful because it was how I had the picture in mind before it was developed. The tone and quality of the image is good, except for a little slip in the background because it turned out dark. However, the center focus of the photograph is effective.
