Panning

What do you see? In the picture, I see a blurred person jumping around the water fountain. The model is playing with the water, which is why he turned out to be blurred. In the background, we can see trees and a little sunlight at the top. The image itself is very figurative. You can see that the boy is happy, playing around.

How is the work organized? The work is organized with the shapes being identifiable. The fountain is a concept that is easy to spot, as well as the model, and the trees. The image is focused with a lot of depth, as it captures everything behind the subject. This was done intentionally in order for the model to turn out blurry, so that the viewers can see the contrast between the blurred and the unblurred.

What is the artist trying to communicate? The image, which was taken outdoors, is both dark and light, with areas that are darker than others. It shows the contrast between the background, the sky, and the subject (the model and fountain). The image portrays the concept that even though teenagers are learning to become mature, it doesn't mean they can't have a little fun.

What do you think of the work? The image was not as successful as how I'd like it to be because the image was supposed to be panning. The model was supposed to be focused with the background blurred, but it turned out the other way, with the model being blurry and the background is stable.
